You may receive the following error when opening Office 2016 applications with OneDrive signed in:
The Microsoft Office Upload Center found a problem while accessing the Microsoft Office Document Cache and needs to repair it before it can continue.
As part of the repair a copy of the cache will be saved as a backup and a new cache will be created.
If you click Repair and this message keeps persisting, do the following:
- Open Task Manager, locate MSOUC.EXE and kill it.
- Rename or delete the following folder:
- That’s all. Now try to manually open Upload Center or an Office app with OneDrive integration enabled.
